Easy Beef Jerky Recipe
Here's an easy beef jerky recipe that is quick and simple to make but still holds a great flavor. Its great for anyone who wants a delicious jerky but is short on time. It has a taunting flavor of Worcestershire, soy, molasses, liquid smoke, and fresh minced garlic.
Ingredients:
- 3 -lbs beef round top steak
- 3/4 - cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 - cup soy sauce
- 1/2 - cup molasses
- 3 - tbs fresh minced garlic cloves
- 1 - tbs ground coarse black pepper
Preparation:
- Slice your beef round top into 1/4" strips and remove any fat.
- Add your worcestershire, soy, molasses , pepper, and finely minced garlic into a small pot and heat it up until it simmers. Mix well until brown sugar is fully dissolved and let cool to room temperature.
- Place your jerky meat into a large container or ziploc bag and add all the marinade to it. Marinate the meat for 24 Hours.
- Dehydrate your meat at 160 degrees in your oven or dehydrator for 5-7 hours or until done. Enjoy your simple and tasty beef jerky!
