Easy Beef Jerky Recipe

Here's an easy beef jerky recipe that is quick and simple to make but still holds a great flavor. Its great for anyone who wants a delicious jerky but is short on time. It has a taunting flavor of Worcestershire, soy, molasses, liquid smoke, and fresh minced garlic.

Preparation:

  1. Slice your beef round top into 1/4" strips and remove any fat.
  2. Add your worcestershire, soy, molasses , pepper, and finely minced garlic into a small pot and heat it up until it simmers. Mix well until brown sugar is fully dissolved and let cool to room temperature.
  3. Place your jerky meat into a large container or ziploc bag and add all the marinade to it. Marinate the meat for 24 Hours.
  4. Dehydrate your meat at 160 degrees in your oven or dehydrator for 5-7 hours or until done. Enjoy your simple and tasty beef jerky!
